Refund policy

Non-Customized & Non-Personalized Returns & Exchanges:

All items NOT customized and/or NOT personalized, may be returned within 30 days for a refund and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Fall Creek Creations will provide a shipping label on accepted returns.

20% restocking fee may be waived if exchanging for a Fall Creek Creations gift card.



Customized and/or Personalized Orders:

All customized and/or personalized items with a defect from Fall Creek Creations may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Due to the nature of custom & personalized orders, we are unable to accept returns on these items if the product shows no signs of defects or damage from Fall Creek Creations. 

Photos of the damaged item & claims will be required prior to the return or exchange is accepted.

Fall Creek Creations will provide a shipping label on accepted returns.



Clearance Items:

NO returns or exchanges will be accepted on clearance items.



Color Tone & Wood Grain Variation Disclaimer:

Requested returns & exchanges due to differences in color tone and wood grain differences will NOT be accepted. All monitors and mobile device screens display different color settings, color tones, and various other differences which may display a slightly different color tone of the product on your device screen. 

As we all know, no one piece of wood is the same. There may be differences in the wood grain and texture from product to product. Due to these considerations, returns and exchanges requested for differences in color tone, wood grain differences, and wood texture will NOT be accepted. Thank you for your understanding of this matter.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at fallcreekcreations@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
